Project Manager - Multi-Year Programs
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage multi-year, complex projects within our organization, specifically focusing on CRM and automation tool modernization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in Agile environments and must be able to navigate complexities across multiple program increments. You will collaborate with stakeholders organization-wide and be responsible for ensuring the successful execution and reporting of key initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project increments and oversee long-term projects while balancing short-term initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility.
- Ensure detailed, consistent project reporting throughout the lifecycle of multi-year programs.
- Serve as a key point of contact between different teams, identifying project needs and ensuring milestones are met.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of project management experience, with a focus on multi-year, large-scale projects.
- Strong experience working with Agile methodologies and cross-functional teams.
- Expertise in reporting and communicating project statuses to stakeholders at various levels.
- Proficient in CRM systems and automation tools
- Ability to manage both complex long-term projects and agile short-term tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring thoroughness in project documentation and reporting.
- Proven ability to work in a flexible, non-rigid environment that embraces change and quick pivots.
- Experience with SAP is highly desirable but not required.
-Familiarity in utilities or energy is a plus
Preferred Skills:
- Experience managing contact center modernization projects or similar CRM implementations.
- Strong project reporting capabilities, particularly in multi-year project settings.
