A manufacturer for aerospace parts in Simi Valley is looking to hire an ID Grinder for their second shift.

Salary : $20.00 $30.00/hr (DOE)
This is a full time temp-to-hire position
Schedule : 2nd Shift (3:00 PM - 12:00 AM)

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $20.00 - $30.00 Per Hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate I.D. grinding equipment and CNC lathe machines
- Ensure part operations meet specifications for first article acceptance
- Perform in-process inspections and maintain accurate records
- Identify and recommend improvements to reduce quality variation
- Continuously optimize processes to eliminate waste and improve efficiency
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in I.D. grinding and CNC lathe machining
- Proficient in the use of indicators, profilometers, micrometers, dial bore gauges, and other inspection tools
- Knowledge of grinding tools and processes, including CBN, aluminum oxides, and diamond wheels
- Ability to maintain close tolerances within .0002-.0005" for precision parts
- Experience in aerospace materials and coatings is a plus
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (per ITAR guidelines)
