Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard new and potential customers gather insurance details and follow up on pending quotes.
- Request and process Certificates of Insurance while ensuring accuracy.
- Process invoices across multiple customer portals, adapting to different requirements and ensuring all details are managed correctly.
- Perform various administrative tasks to support daily operations.
- Provide excellent customer service and demonstrate strong multitasking abilities.
