Physician Network is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine physician to join practice in west central IN.

About the position:

Ideal candidate will have a focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to develop strong ties with the community and build long-lasting relationships with patients and their families. Physician will need to work collaboratively to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.

  • Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.
  • Average outpatient volume: patients/day
  • Weekday Call: Physicians takes own call
  • Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.
  • Weekday Call: Physicians takes own call
  • Weekend Call: 1:4
  • Holiday Call: 1:4

    • Child and adult wellness visits
    • Chronic Back pain
