(1) Attach proof of high school graduation (HS diploma, HS transcripts, or GED) with application. *College degrees will not be accepted in lieu of high school completion.
(2) Attach proof of Associate degree or higher in Social Work, Human Services, Addiction Studies, Child Development/Early Intervention, Psychology, or Sociology or Related Field
(3) Completion of the Target Success Sketch questionnaire is required when filling out your application. It is part of the Edjoin application process and you will be prompted to take the questionnaire after you submit your application if you have not completed it before. An application without the Target Sketch questionnaire completed will not move forward for consideration in the recruitment.

SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the Student Services Department, perform a variety of specialized duties in the development and implementation of designated functions and services of a comprehensive wellness program for district students and/or a school site wellness center; assist with the instruction of students in behavioral health, identify students as at-risk due to mental health needs and/or behavioral needs; provides support, intervention and referrals as appropriate, care coordination; individual and group support; disseminate information to students, staff and to the community regarding mental health awareness, behavioral health, and other self-defeating behaviors that are barriers to education; communicate with students, teachers, parents, site administrators and community agencies to assist in the evaluation of students' progress and to make appropriate referrals; assist with coordinating MTSS implementation, and a wellness center.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduation from high school with an Associate degree or higher in Social Work, Human Services, Addiction Studies, Child Development/Early Intervention, Psychology, or Sociology or Related Field. Certified Wellness Coach I or Registered-Certified Wellness Coach I certification through the California Department of Health Care Access and Information (HCAI) desirable.
