Your impact

Handshake is hiring a Revenue Operations Manager reporting to the Senior Manager of Revenue Operations on the Employer side of the business. In this high visibility role you will support the acceleration of growth in partnership with the Go-to-Market team. The right candidate will be able to influence and drive initiatives in collaboration with our Sales, Customer Success, Finance and Legal teams.

You will work closely with our cross-functional leaders to build the capabilities required to scale Handshake’s go-to-market teams as we enter new markets and launch new products. You will be responsible for sales programs and solutions in improving forecasting, sales productivity and sales performance. This role will have tremendous impact across all our go-to-market functions and will have visibility into our entire customer journey from top of the funnel to customer retention. Your Role

  1. Lead initiatives focused on growth, scalability and predictability in collaboration with Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance and Legal leaders
  2. Become the subject matter expert on rules of engagement, bookings policy and sales process
  3. Lead core go-to-market processes including sales forecasting, territory management and SDR to Sales handoff
  4. Design, prioritize and manage the process and technical roadmap in support our go-to-market strategies and motions
  5. Leverage data and technology to optimize existing processes to improve sales performance and productivity
  6. Support overall Revenue Operations activities including requests through our RevOps help desk, deal closing support, QBR, and Board reporting

Your Experience

  1. 6+ years Sales Ops, Business Ops, or Strategy for a high-growth organization
  2. Understanding of key B2B SaaS Sales and GTM processes (i.e. Sales GTM playbooks, Forecasting, Quota Setting, Comp Plan Design/Incentives, Account Segmentation & Sales Enablement)
  3. Degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, or Business Administration
  4. Detailed understanding of Excel modeling and Salesforce
  5. Experience with other systems/tools a plus (i.e. Gainsight, Gong, Looker, & SQL)
  6. MBA experience a plus not necessary

Compensation Range

  1. $155,250 - $184,000 OTE

For cash compensation, we set standard ranges for all U.S.-based roles based on function, level, and geographic location, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. In order to be compliant with local legislation, as well as to provide greater transparency to candidates, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including geographic location as well as candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
