Workers' Compensation Applicant Attorney

The client represents the people who keep our community safe and moving every day. Firefighters, first responders, correction officers, construction workers, teachers, restaurant workers, and health care workers in their fight for Workers' Compensation benefits.

Core Responsibilities

1. Oversee and advocate a complete caseload from inception to resolution
2. Foster excellent communication with both the team and clients
3. Lead your case management team in delivering exceptional customer service
4. Represent the firm at company and community events
5. Note: The above list is not exhaustive and the role may involve other responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

1. Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a California applicant or defense attorney, handling all aspects of workers' compensation cases, including depositions, hearings, trials, and appeals
2. Licensure: Active California State Bar membership
3. Transportation: Valid California driver's license and the willingness to travel, occasionally overnight, to various boards in Northern California
