We're looking for a Level One IT Support , working in IT (excluding Telecommunication) industry in Chicago, Illinois, United States .
- Troubleshoot printer connectivity.
- Identify a network jack.
- Determine network connectivity.
- Work with their home base to assist on reconnection.

Experience Required for Your Success
- High School diploma or GED.
- A+ Certification or an equivalent combination of education and experience with the ability to demonstrate knowledge.
- Prior experience in an IT support role.
- Imaging experience is a plus.
- Basic understanding of IT support functions, including troubleshooting hardware and network issues.
- Familiarity with common office hardware, including printers and network.
- Ability to identify and resolve network connectivity problems.
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with remote support teams.
- Willingness to work overnight shifts and be on call during shift hours.
