We’re looking for a highly-driven, organized, and personable human resources manager to play an important role on our team. You’ll be responsible for the business administration, coordination, and enforcement of our human resources plans and procedures including recruiting, onboarding, training, performance management, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities: Deliverables: • Develop and implement a talent acquisition strategy that fills key roles within 30 days of posting. • Review and update the employee handbook and policies on an annual basis to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. • Implement a formal performance management system that includes annual reviews and mid-year check-ins. • Conduct employee engagement surveys and develop action plans based on feedback to improve workplace culture. • Develop and deliver an employee training and development plan annually. • Ensure 100% compliance with all labor laws and regulations relevant to Texas. KPIs: Time to Fill Positions: Achieve an average time-to-fill of 30 days for key roles. • Turnover Rate: Maintain an annual voluntary turnover rate below 10% or less. • Employee Satisfaction: Achieve an employee satisfaction rate of 85% or higher in annual engagement surveys. • Compliance: Zero compliance violations or penalties related to labor and employment laws. • Training Participation: Ensure 75% of employees complete at least one formal training program per year. Qualifications: • Family-Owned Business Experience - Preferred • 3-5 Years of experience in upper-level HR Management • Candidates should be excellent communicators with strong organizational and interpersonal skills. • Candidates should be willing to take a hands-on approach and be ready to roll their sleeves up. Position is a new position, so you can not be afraid to start from scratch. • SRHM Certification a plus. Compensation: $25 - $28 hourly
