FOLX is looking for an experienced VP, Employer Sales with a strong track record to oversee our B2B sales efforts. Reporting to the CEO, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and championing our mission of delivering tailored healthcare solutions for the LGBTQIA community.

What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute the overall enterprise sales strategy - with a focus on direct sales, channel partners and payer sales - to drive meaningful revenue growth in alignment with the company's goals and mission
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including benefits leaders, channel partners, brokers, payers, and other industry partners
- Identify new market opportunities and develop innovative sales strategies to penetrate and expand our presence within the healthcare industry
- Serve as a key advocate for our LGBTQIA-focused healthcare solutions, promoting awareness and understanding within the enterprise healthcare market
- Lead negotiations and close high-impact deals that drive revenue and market share growth
- Provide visionary leadership to the sales team, setting clear objectives and driving performance excellence
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments to inform strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with customer, success, marketing, payer relations, finance and product teams to ensure alignment between customer needs and product offerings
What You'll Bring:
- 10+ years of sales experience, preferably selling health related solutions to employers
- Experience with early stage start-ups, preferably digital health organizations
- 5+ years of management experience
- Strong analytical skills, including familiarity with reporting & deriving insights from data
- Strong network of benefits leaders, consultants, brokers, and other influencers
- Experience working with benefits decision-makers within Fortune 500 companies
- Strong track record of consistently meeting / exceeding large and growing quotas
- Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
- Salesforce experience
- Mission-driven with a personal connection or strong passion to support the LGBTQ+ community
Salary: $180,000 - $200,000 + Bonus
