As our Data Scientist I/II , you will play a pivotal role in extracting valuable insights from complex datasets to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in statistical analysis, and the ability to translate data into compelling narratives that resonate with stakeholders across various departments.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize advanced analytics techniques to extract, clean, and manipulate data from multiple sources.
- Perform in-depth statistical analysis and modeling to uncover trends, patterns, and correlations.
- Develop and implement machine learning algorithms and predictive models to enhance business processes and decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, promoting data-driven decision-making.
- Continuously monitor and optimize models and algorithms for performance and accuracy.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and analytics technologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
- 2-4 years of proven experience with a focus on analytics and statistical modeling.
- Proficiency in programming languages - Python and SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
- Strong understanding of statistical techniques and their application to real-world problems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
