The Position : Our client is seeking an experienced and dedicated Director of Finance to oversee and manage our financial operations. This pivotal role will support the financial health and sustainability of their organization, ensuring that they continue to deliver essential healthcare services to our community. The client is offering the following benefits and compensation:

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field (master’s degree or CPA preferred).
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in nonprofit finance, ideally within a healthcare setting.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective financial strategies and systems.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Commitment to the mission and values of Client.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage all financial functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support the organization's mission and long-term goals.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Optimize financial performance and manage financial risk.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team, promoting a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Collaborate with the executive leadership team to align financial goals with organizational objectives.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to the Board of Directors and other stakeholders.
