Consultant PMO - Access Management Support

Process Manager :

• Develop a User Access Management (UAM) process mapped from two key perspectives:
• Site Staff Perspective : Focusing on access for personnel at different operational sites.
• Trial-Centric Perspective : Covering the UAM process from study initiation to close-out.

Project Manager :

• Ensure timely completion and coordination of the following tasks (all activities handled by internal teams, with the Project Manager overseeing alignment and progress):
• Performance analysis and improvement plan for support/helpdesk services .
• Investigation outcomes for cases where the current system is not the single source of truth.
• Defined timelines for access provisioning, including oversight and monitoring plans, plus a clear communication plan.
• Strategy to reduce re-invitation rates by 10%, aiming for investigators to complete tasks with a single email.
• Availability of a change management plan to improve the acceptance of login procedures (plan creation led by a separate initiative).
• Identification of reasons for unexpected access revocations.
• Mapping of the UAM process from both an end-user and trial-centric perspective .
• A plan to review and update training and guidance materials.
• A strategy to improve transparency of UAM status for field personnel.
