Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting for a Senior Director, Cyber Defense located in Raritan, NJ .

The Senior Director, Cyber Defense’s primary role is to lead the Cyber Defense Organization with areas of focus including SOC L1-L3, Incident management, Forensics, Defense Engineering, and Cyber Threat Intelligence. This role will lead the transformation of the current organization and outline the need for change to existing ways of working.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the transformation of the current response organization to industry-leading defense capabilities and services.
2. Align critical long-term global partners and create our CTI capability.
3. Work with Product and Service Owners, BIS teams, and ISRM LT to drive insight on the threat landscape.
4. Create and evolve organizational operations playbook with increasing efficiency.

Qualifications:

1. BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
2. 15 years’ experience in security defense leadership.
3. A minimum of 10 years of cyber intelligence experience and industry-leading frameworks.
4. Experience leading and managing complex security programs.
5. Excellent executive intelligence writing and briefing skills.
