Frequent pushing/pulling, sitting, standing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching.JOB SUMMARY• The Lactation Consultant integrates her expertise as educator, clinician, consultant, and researcher with the intent of promoting breast feeding. Provides ongoing in-services for staff as well as pre- and post natal classes for clients. Provides follow-up care by phone or outpatient basis. Must be able to communicate effectively and project a positive attitude toward clients, staff, visitors, and students. Must always conduct herself in a professional manner.
