**What You’ll Do:**
As a key member of our litigation team, you will handle a variety of responsibilities to support attorneys in all stages of the litigation process, including but not limited to:
- Drafting legal documents (pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses)
- Managing case files and maintaining organized records
- Conducting thorough legal research and analysis
- Assisting in deposition and trial preparation, including preparing exhibits, organizing notebooks, and coordinating witnesses
- Communicating with clients, court staff, and opposing counsel
- Reviewing and summarizing medical records, depositions, and other case-related materials
- Filing documents with state and federal courts, ensuring compliance with court procedures and deadlines
- Coordinating depositions, mediations, and other case-related events
**What We’re Looking For:**
- 3+ years of experience as a civil litigation or personal injury litigation paralegal in a law firm or insurance company setting
- Proven ability to manage a large caseload and juggle competing priorities with ease
- Extensive knowledge of state and federal court systems, rules, and procedures
- Strong research, drafting, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency with case management software (Clio), legal databases, and Microsoft Office Suite
