We are looking for a motivated Chiropractor to join our practice full time in Colorado Springs, CO. We are looking for a Chiropractor who is passionate about holistic health and chiropractic and working closely with the team and the patients for comprehensive care! Ideally, the incoming chiropractor is team player, positive and upbeat, who is eager to learn and grow with a well-respected, dynamic group, and is willing to jump in and help others when needed. A bonus if the incoming chiropractor has additional education/certifications, leadership experience, and clinical experience outside of grad school, but it is not a requirement.

Duties:
- Perform initial exams and re-exams (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging/documents/reports)
- Take and review Diagnostic imaging/X-rays
- Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis
- Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans (suggest treatments, products, and services)
- Patient education as to diagnosis, 1-1 Patient Report of Finding, treatment plan options, pre and post treatment care, lifestyle modifications , take-home stretches and exercises, benefits of continued chiropractic care
- Understanding medical codes and applying the correct code to patients for billing
- Treatment- Chiropractic Care- adjustments, rehab and various therapies and modalities
- Documentation and Charting (timely and accurate notes)
- Work cooperatively with the team and other support staff for comprehensive patient care
- Patient follow up to ensure treatment goals are being met- reassessments
- Attend team meetings and statistic reporting
- Attend community events for patient acquisition as needed (find opportunities for screenings and acquisitions)
- Participate in our patient appreciation events (once or twice per year)
- Additional trainings and team buildings activities are required and may sometimes be out of town. A per diem will be provided if these events are out of town.
- Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)
- Active Chiropractic license in CO
- Additional education/certifications, leadership experience, and clinical experience outside of grad school, is a plus but it is not a requirement.
- Full time (Monday - Friday with office hours ending at noon on Fridays)
- $70k-$100k (plus potential bonus compensation)
