Customer Service Sample Entry Analyst

This position sits on-site in STL Monday - Friday
Hours are 7am - 3:30pm
POSITION SUMMARY:
A customer facing role with responsibility for facilitating and expediting the processing of customer service requests, the Sample Entry Analyst is the portal for the exchange of information between customers and Client's Analytical Labs technical/administrative staff, ensuring a positive customer experience, and overall ownership of entering submitted samples into the laboratory information management system (LIMS).
Responsibilities:
• Receive submitted samples/service requests and Initiate work flow/traceability through entry of requests and associated customer information into the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS)
• Manages prioritization of submitted samples
• Work safely and contribute to a safe and orderly working environment
Skills and requirements
• Should be able to work in a high pace environment.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Good collaboration and communication skills necessary.
• Being able to lift 20 lb
• Data entry /data base previous experience desired.
• Microsoft windows suite experience (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Science background encouraged.
