Overview:Responsible for digital marketing activities for assigned departments or business lines. Support the development, execution and evaluation of digital marketing and communication programs designed to meet business objectives of M&T Bank Corporation business unit managers, while reinforcing the bank’s brand identity.Primary ResponsibilitiesSupport digital marketing strategy and annual plan for assigned business lines, including key tactics and programs to deliver/exceed targeted goals and objectives.Assist in the management of digital media planning and buying.Work closely with offline and direct marketing teams to ensure integration of digital marketing tactics with other marketing efforts.Work closely with relationship marketing managers in the development of marketing/creative campaigns.Track and optimize the performance of digital marketing tactics.Review site analytics, including path analysis to identify possible refinements to campaigns.Maintain tracking of budgets and spending for the full Digital Marketing team.Education and Experience Required:Bachelor’s degreeMinimum of 1 year of experience in managing marketing campaigns in a client or agency environment,OR in lieu of a degree,A combined 5 years of education and work experience.Basic understanding of how users interact with digital media, as well as online and mobile user behavior.M&T Bank is committed to fair, competitive, and market-informed pay for our employees.
