Job Purpose: This position is intended to promote the sale of Synapse Cardiovascular and services nationally in collaboration with all FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation (HCUS) sales teams to maximize sales volume and Company profitability.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Bookings and Revenue:
  • Meets and exceeds quarterly bookings and revenue objectives by implementing and executing effective sales strategies.
  • Collaborates across HCUS product and service teams with emphasis on solution selling to Cardiovascular opportunities.
  • Develops effective business partnerships with various teams to enhance abilities to drive results.
  • Drives sales strategies to increase market share, meeting and exceeding booking and revenue objectives.
  • Complies with the Quote to Order/Booking processes and established policies.
  • Creates and analyzes Synapse Cardiovascular sales proposals for accuracy.
  • Develops accurate bookings and revenue forecasts.
  • Cross Functional Team Collaboration:
    • Communicates sales messaging and ensures all sales team members are knowledgeable.
    • Acts as a liaison between sales and other departments.
    • Maintains effective communications within cross-functional departments.
    • Participates in training efforts with cross-functional teams.
    • Develops and communicates market intelligence to Management.
  • Personnel Development and Support:
    • Works with Sales Management to evaluate sales teams and strategies.
    • Reports on the skill set and effectiveness of Sales team members.
    • Drives development of sales strategies and skills within teams.
    • Ensures effective use of the Company’s CRM tool.
    • Monitors needs and recommends development for the Cardiovascular Sales team.

    Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of progressive experience in Medical Informatics Sales.
    • BA/BS/MA preferred.
    • Ability to work cross-functionally and create business impact.
    • Strong customer orientation and communication skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and SalesForce.com.

    Physical Requirements:

    • The ability to sit up 75-100% of applicable work time.
    • The ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.

    Travel: Occasional (up to 50%) travel may be required based on business need.
