We're looking for an experienced and energetic Product Manager to lead a team focused on developing next level auditor experiences which help us provide greater coverage and assurance within Audit. These tools are not only aimed at helping us audit at scale, but moving us towards a state of continuous monitoring.

What you’ll do:

  1. Set product vision and lead road mapping, goal setting, prioritizing, capability delivery, and product roll-out strategy
  2. Continually drive to understand customer needs and ensure they are considered in prioritization and trade-off discussions
  3. Develop and lead customer research, prototyping, and test and learn agendas with a focus on building MVP experiences to learn about hypotheses
  4. Partner with our Tech and Data Science teams to find opportunities to leverage Machine Learning to deliver real-time, personalized and contextual experiences for our users
  5. Lead grooming activities within an Agile team, specifically defining and writing user stories, acceptance criteria and customer experience
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships and feedback loops with leaders and stakeholders who manage the downstream operations and processes that depend on the capabilities and performance of our platforms
  7. Help with overall thought leadership around platform development at the intersection of data+design+tech for the sake of creating meaningful, measurable business and user value.

  1. A bias to action and a proven track record of shipping successful products to market which exceed user expectations
  2. Knowledge and passion for emerging technologies and how they are used to empower developers and businesses to deliver great products
  3. Grounding in human-centered design with a natural empathy for users
  4. Strategic thinking and an ability to effectively identify opportunities for growth in new businesses and markets
  5. A high level of intellectual curiosity and comfort with ambiguity
  6. Structured communication & storytelling skills with all audiences
  7. Significant experience applying analytical rigor to support technology decisions

Basic Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
  2. At least 3 years of experience in product management

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. MBA or Masters Degree
  2. 5+ years of experience leading agile teams to launch products
  3. 5+ years of experience translating business strategy and data analysis into products
