IT Audit Manager

Our client is a media company. They seek an IT Audit Manager to join their Los Angeles, CA office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the annual SOX risk assessment with an IT focus to identify technology risks
• Support the preparation of Audit Committee and Executive Management reporting
• Contribute to the project management of IT components of the SOX program
• Design leading practices with a financial compliance mindset across complex technology systems
• Lead SOX IT walkthroughs across all systems, applications, and tools
• Identify and implement potential solutions and process enhancements for existing IT processes
• Ensure complete and accurate reporting to business leaders on IT SOX program status
• Help identify potential solutions and process enhancements for existing IT processes
• Provide internal control guidance in the development and enhancement of technology processes
• Verify SOX procedures are planned and performed appropriately and submit results promptly

Requirements

• 5+ years of IT Audit experience
• Public (Big 4 or National) accounting background
• Internal controls and system implementation experience
• Organized with keen attention to detail
• Able to meet deadlines and manage multiple responsibilities
• CISA strongly preferred
