Job Title: Office Manager/Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant
Location: Downtown, San Diego, CA

Our San Diego Personal Injury Law Firm is seeking candidates with 3-5 years’ experience to fill an Office Manager/Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant role at the firm.
We are looking for someone to join our team that has experience in a business or law firm environment as an office manager/bookkeeper. The ideal candidate will be self-sufficient, motivated, eager to learn, able to multi-task, and have a pleasant demeanor.
Experience/Skills:
- Excellent grammatical and spelling skills
- Mastery of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.), Adobe Acrobat Pro
- Knowledge and mastery of Quickbooks
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Able to manage priorities and workflow
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others
- Attention to detail
- Able to multi-task
Duties:
- Manage the bank accounts of the firm
- Ensure all bills are paid
- Write weekly checks from various accounts
- Input bills owed into Quickbooks
- Track credit card payments to the appropriate client
- Manage the staff within the company
- Account for and process payroll
- Coordinate with the commercial building regarding requests or issues
- File and pay taxes
- Coordinate insurances for the firm
- Maintain W-9s for the firm for 1099s
- Account for costs due for a client when a case settles
- Track check deposits
- Set up new employees
- Manage accounts for firm including telephone, internet, television, Zoom, and subscription services
- Assist in finding vendors for the firm
