Job Summary

Maintain a clean and sanitary workspace throughout the kitchen.


Primary Activities & Responsibilities

  • Train with Chef, Restaurant Manager, and team for your position. Receive and seek follow-up training

  • Demonstrate proficient knowledge of kitchen equipment, supplies, and correct sanitation protocols

  • Efficiently and thoroughly rinse, wash, and sanitize dishes according to proper safety and sanitization protocols

  • Correctly handle and wash specialty parts for kitchen and bar equipment

  • Regularly empty busbin and inspect dining room for misplaced, dirty dishes

  • Once washed, safely store all clean dishes and equipment in the proper position and place for opening the next morning
