Job Summary
Maintain a clean and sanitary workspace throughout the kitchen.
Primary Activities & Responsibilities
Train with Chef, Restaurant Manager, and team for your position. Receive and seek follow-up training
Demonstrate proficient knowledge of kitchen equipment, supplies, and correct sanitation protocols
Efficiently and thoroughly rinse, wash, and sanitize dishes according to proper safety and sanitization protocols
Correctly handle and wash specialty parts for kitchen and bar equipment
Regularly empty busbin and inspect dining room for misplaced, dirty dishes
Once washed, safely store all clean dishes and equipment in the proper position and place for opening the next morning
