This would be full time / 40+ hours per week.If you are interested in this Participant Services Representative position, please contact Austin Faris at 586-710-7941 or Services Representative CompensationThe pay for this position is $17.25 per hourBenefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employmentA 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility datesParticipant Services Representative HighlightsThis position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needsThe required availability for this position is 7:00 am – 6:30 pm with a rotating Saturday scheduleParticipant Services Representative ResponsibilitiesEffective delivery of company products and servicesResponds to telephone inquiries and orders from homecare patients and referral sourcesProvides information on equipment, supplies and servicesDetermines the best method for providing servicesMay assist walk-in patients with the selection of equipment, supplies and servicesTimely processing/facilitation of patient ordersProcesses telephone orders by preparing patient paperworkVerifies insurance and/or other method of paymentCompletes all necessary paperwork in an accurate and efficient manner to facilitate the data entry, accounts receivable and delivery of the order placedMay perform data entryDistributes copies of paperwork to appropriate personnelMay assist with the processing of billing paperworkEffective coordination of patient services/suppliesCoordinates the delivery, set-up and pick-up of equipment, supplies and services with appropriate personnelEnsures deliveries and set-ups can be arranged in a timely mannerAppropriate documentationAccurately maintains files of all patient account profile information and referral source dataCustomer satisfactionResolves patient complaints by identifying problems and coordinating appropriate corrective actionRemote Participant Services Representative RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GEDAttendance is mandatory for the first 90 daysMinimum of 1 year in a customer service or call center environmentRemote Participant Services Representative Preferred QualificationsKnowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and 3rd party vendors is a plusIf you think this Remote Participant Services Representative position is a good fit for you, please reach out to me - feel free to call, e-mail, or apply to this posting!
