Customer Success Manager (Remote)
Location: United States of America (Remote)
Salary: $125,000–$150,000 OTE

This team is looking to hire a customer success manager that will play a crucial role in bringing scale, agility and cross-solution coverage to global accounts. Our client is focused on executing strong and effective digital transformation strategies to set their customers on a path towards success.
In this role, you will:
- Drive success through empowerment, modeling our culture, embodying values, and practicing leadership principles.
- Coach teams in defining objectives, enabling success, and fostering adaptability.
- Attract and retain great talent, understanding individual capabilities, and investing in growth.
- Lead by example in owning operational executive relationships with key customers, partners, and internal contacts.
- Ensure customers recognize planned value, manage potential issues, and expand relationships for cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
- Identify and influence key customer stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction with agreed-upon objectives and outcomes.
- Collect feedback to identify customer patterns, pain points, and expectations, prioritizing resource efforts accordingly.
- Guide the team in mobilizing resources, supporting customer adoption, and delivering and articulating customer value for business growth.
Minimum Requirements:
- 3+ years relevant work experience within customer industry
- 3+ years people management experience
- Business level fluency to read, write and speak English
- Bachelor's Degree/Master's Degree
