Customer Success Manager (Remote)

Location: United States of America (Remote)

Salary: $125,000–$150,000 OTE

This team is looking to hire a customer success manager that will play a crucial role in bringing scale, agility and cross-solution coverage to global accounts. Our client is focused on executing strong and effective digital transformation strategies to set their customers on a path towards success.

In this role, you will:

1. Drive success through empowerment, modeling our culture, embodying values, and practicing leadership principles.
2. Coach teams in defining objectives, enabling success, and fostering adaptability.
3. Attract and retain great talent, understanding individual capabilities, and investing in growth.
4. Lead by example in owning operational executive relationships with key customers, partners, and internal contacts.
5. Ensure customers recognize planned value, manage potential issues, and expand relationships for cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
6. Identify and influence key customer stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction with agreed-upon objectives and outcomes.
7. Collect feedback to identify customer patterns, pain points, and expectations, prioritizing resource efforts accordingly.
8. Guide the team in mobilizing resources, supporting customer adoption, and delivering and articulating customer value for business growth.

Minimum Requirements:

1. 3+ years relevant work experience within customer industry
2. 3+ years people management experience
3. Business level fluency to read, write and speak English
4. Bachelor's Degree/Master's Degree
