Lennox is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Recruiter for a 3-4 month assignment to support their Building Climate Solutions (Commercial) Business Segment. This role is crucial in helping Lennox attract and hire top-tier talent for the Commercial Manufacturing Plant. This person must sit in the Richardson, TX area under a hybrid schedule (working Monday through Thursday in the office with the option to work remotely on Friday). Lennox is seeking someone with a proficiency in using recruiting tools and platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and applicant tracking systems (preferably iCIMS).
salary: $27 - $36 per hour

Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates to assess technical competence, relevant experience, and cultural fit within the organization.
Present well-qualified candidates to HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers.
Gain an in-depth understanding of the business segment, specific roles, and team dynamics.
Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to ensure alignment on candidate profiles.
Provide guidance to Hiring Managers, alongside HR Business Partners, on best practices for interviewing and selection to maintain a fair and consistent process.
Proactively source candidates using various job boards, social media, and professional associations.
Manage candidate communication, including interview details and updates.
Contribute to our ongoing diversity and inclusion efforts by providing diverse candidate slates to Hiring Managers.
