Who We're Looking For
As the Service Manager at Crazy Pizza, you’ll oversee front-of-house operations, lead and mentor our team, and ensure top-tier service standards. Your leadership will be essential in creating a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere while maintaining efficiency, quality, and guest satisfaction. You’ll work closely with the management team to foster a positive and engaged team culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day front-of-house operations, ensuring a smooth, efficient service.
- Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team, setting high standards for guest service.
- Monitor and uphold service quality, guest satisfaction, and operational consistency.
- Respond to guest inquiries and feedback, taking swift action to resolve any issues.
- Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery.
- Oversee table assignments, guest flow, and reservations to optimize the dining room.
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Conduct pre-shift meetings to keep the team informed on menu updates, events, and service notes.
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and performance management of front-of-house staff.
- Contribute to maintaining a positive, team-oriented work environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Service Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar role in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant for at least 2 years.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Passion for hospitality and commitment to delivering an outstanding guest experience.
- Knowledge of Italian cuisine and wine is a plus.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
