Agoras Health is seeking a Product Associate Intern to assist in gathering customer feedback, analyzing market data, supporting product lifecycle management, and conducting competitive analysis. This 3-month hybrid internship in Washington, DC, offers a stipend and potential for full-time employment.

We are seeking a motivated Product Associate Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in healthcare technology as a product advisor. The ideal candidate is passionate about healthcare innovation, possesses strong communication skills, and is eager to contribute to the development and enhancement of our products. This internship is based at our headquarters in Washington, DC, and will require you to be within driving distance to DC. The duration of the internship is 3 months, with the potential to extend to a full-time position, with equity based on performance and mutual agreement.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in gathering and analyzing customer feedback and market research data to inform product development decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and customer success to identify areas for product improvement.
  • Support the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Contribute to the creation of product documentation, including user guides and release notes.
  • Participate in product demonstrations and training sessions for internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Help conduct competitive analysis to understand market trends and positioning.
  • Perform quality assurance testing and provide feedback on product usability and functionality.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with healthcare technology and an interest in healthcare staffing solutions is preferred but not required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Interest in applying data science techniques to solve real-world challenges in healthcare and recruitment sectors.
  • Knowledge or interest in healthcare technology solutions and/or recruitment processes is encouraged.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • This internship is unpaid. However, Agoras Health is committed to offering a bonus (stipend) based on tenure and performance during the internship period.
