Job Title: Amazon Connect Architect

In this role, you'll lead the migration and modernization of customer call centers to the Amazon Connect platform, collaborating with sales teams and technical experts to deliver optimized solutions.
Key responsibilities include developing feature functionality, architecting third-party integrations, and providing technology guidance for end-to-end solutions. You will also focus on automation, cost optimization, and operational efficiency while leveraging AWS services.
Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience in customer service technologies and contact center solutions
- Hands-on expertise with Amazon Connect and AWS services
- Strong background in AI/ML technologies and omni-channel solutions
- Proven leadership in technical consulting and project management
