Job Title: Ab Initio Developer
Primary Skills: Experience using Ab-Initio GDE, BRE, Continuous Flow and EME required.
Location: DE
Duration: 12 months
- 5+ years experience in Ab-Initio coding of medium to large scale ETL applications
- Experience using Ab-Initio GDE, BRE, Continuous Flow and EME required
- Experience in UNIX operating environment is required
- Experience in Java/J2EE development a plus
- Mainframe experience is a plus
- Exposure to DB2 is a plus
- Ability to communicate at all levels of management and with customers
- Demonstrated skills both written and oral are required
- Experience in the development of financial applications is a strong plus
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field of study or equivalent relevant experience in mainframe programming
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with an online system with high availability credit card auth system, high throughput and quick response times is preferred
- Functional experience with change management, implementation planning and release management
- Experience in code management and version methodologies with experience with a leading code management
- Financial industry experience and credit card or payment systems experience in large scale/high volume industry is preferred
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Must work well either independently or as part of a team with a strong desire to excel
- Experience with developing and managing interfaces with various Credit card associations preferred
- Good business knowledge of end to end Credit Card Authorizations processing preferred
