The role is highly cross-functional and requires a candidate that enjoys navigating ambiguity, working in a fast-paced startup-like environment, aligning stakeholders, collaborating with teams across time zones, and thinking globally. This individual is expected to work with senior-level customer stakeholders to drive adoption.

Product Execution

  1. Work with our San Francisco and India product teams to deliver 3 releases a year.
  2. Work with the global engineering and UX teams to effectively meet product deliverables.
  3. Collaborate with other Salesforce Clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and stakeholders within the Industries product team to collaborate on roadmaps and build cross-product capabilities and work through dependencies to ensure innovation built elsewhere is leveraged.
  4. Work with Adoption PMs on the successful adoption of product capabilities.

Customer Engagement

  1. Engage directly with customers during pre-sales and post-sales implementations to ensure the product will help them reach their desired business outcomes.
  2. Present product and roadmap to customer executives in our world-class Salesforce Innovation Center.
  3. Drive Product Advisory Councils in key regions globally.

Platform and Ecosystem Approach
