Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet them.
- Conduct regular visits to customer sites, delivering presentations and product demonstrations as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales support, marketing, and product development, to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts.
The Successful Applicant
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales.
- Minimum of 3 years of industrial sales experience preferably in equipment.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with customers.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
