Role:UKG Dimensions Pro Consultant (9 to 15 yrs)
Must Have Skills
• Must have in depth knowledge of UKG Pro(Dimensions) and Kronos Workforce Central 8.1.x, 8.0, Dell Boomi and Workforce Integration Manager (WIM)
• Must be able to read, write and fluently speak Spanish and English to the communication between Customer team and Project Account Team.
• Work Experience in Kronos Clocks using Device Manager, Timekeeper, Accruals, Attendance, Leaves, Advanced Scheduling, Forecasting and Analytics
• Extensive knowledge in design, configuration and modify Business Structures, HyperFind queries, Workforce Genies and calendars, Data Access Control Concepts
• Setting up workflow notifications and navigators
• Design, Develop, Testing, Migration / Troubleshooting experience in Dell Boomi Integration Platform, File based Integration / Integrations through APIs / Rest APIs using web services.
• Expertise on inbound, internal and outbound interfaces.
• Expertise on UKG Dimensions Custom Reporting
Nice to have
• UKG Pro and Dell Boomi Certified
• SQL / Oracle Procedures
• PL SQL
Responsibilities
• Work on Incidents, Service Requests, Enhancements, Change Requests
• Managing and supporting the UKG Dimensions Tenants (DEV, QA, Staging, PROD)
• Be able to modify the following rules: exceptions, bonuses, deductions, breaks, rounding, overtime, accrual profiles, holiday table, holiday credit and zones (including holiday, shift and differential zones) by performing these tasks:
- Receive and analyze change requests
- Impact Analysis of any configuration change or interface change
- Implement, Unit Test, Integration Test, UAT Support for changes
- Documentation such as Test case, test results, technical design, functional config, rulebook document and Migration documentation
- Monitoring of application, integration and troubleshoot incase of issues.
