Full Job Description

The Office Administrator holds the responsibility of general administrative support to the Operations/HR Manager to include various administrative responsibilities such as maintaining office conditions and arranging offices repairs, assisting with onboarding process for new hires, assisting in scheduling meetings/calls and assisting in monthly servicing invoicing. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This position is based out of our SATEC, Inc. office in Union, New Jersey and is an in-office, part-time position.

  • Maintaining yearly office maintenance schedules and all building repairs.
  • Scheduling Calls, meetings and appointments as tasked.
  • Assisting HR in new hire onboarding processes.
  • Ensuring and invoicing all software and service monthly and quarterly invoices.
  • Answering all incoming calls and distributing as needed in receptionist's absence.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Office Administrative responsibilities, systems and procedures.
  • Proficiency in order management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must have at least 5 years of Quick Books Knowledge.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school degree: additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus.

Working Conditions / Hours

  • Working in an office setting and primarily using a computer.
  • Position may require prolonged periods of sitting.
  • Part-Time position, working 3 to 4 days a week, 25 to 30 hours.
