Description

T. White Parker is seeking an assertive professional to serve as an IT/Business process consultant for a federal engagement supporting enterprise governance for an Agency. This will involve developing guidance to support portfolio management that addresses the effective, timely, and continuous investment decisions about initiatives that further organizational and business goals. The ideal candidate should be adept at analyzing processes and re-engineering with an understanding of technical problems and solutions as they relate to the current and future business environment as well as creating process change by integrating new processes with existing ones. The ideal candidate should also be knowledgeable and familiar with elements of IT Governance, e.g., Enterprise Architecture, IT Portfolio Management, IT Planning, IT Policy Implementation, IT Compliance, and IT Program Management. Any PMI or Agile certification is a plus.

  • Federal Information Technology Acquisition Reform Act (FITARA)
  • Knowledge of the CIMS Tool
  • Federal Budget Planning and Management
