Assignment Length: 13 weeks
Shift Details: 8 hour mixed shifts (6am to 2:30pm / 2:00pm to 10:30pm); Weekend requirements discussed during interview; On-call: 10 days per month (includes 1 full weekend)
Required Certifications:
- BLS
- ACLS
- Active TX RN License (Temp Licenses not accepted)
- For Cath Techs: RCIS/ARRT
Scrub Details: Scrubs provided by department; Clean and healthy nail policy; Neat hair with no extreme styles or colors; Body art should be covered when possible; Visible piercings other than ears are prohibited.
Floating Requirements: Required as per Methodist Floating Policy.
EMR Used: Meditech
Other Relevant Skills: Minimum 5 years of experience in Diagnostic Cardiac Cath/PCI/STEMI; Pediatric (congenital heart) experience preferred.
