Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Systems Analyst with experience in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for documenting business processes, training users, and ensuring effective deployment of the PLM platform within our multi-national organization. A solid understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and a keen intellectual curiosity for learning new technologies are essential for success in this role.


Responsibilities:

· Process Documentation:

o Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) within CPO Process Engineering to document business processes, including Manufacturing Process Design, Process Requirement Specifications, and Process Controls.

o Identify gaps and opportunities for digitalization in current processes.


· Documentation Management:

o Own, maintain, and update business process documentation in accordance with changes to functional Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs), and digital workflows.


· Training Development and Delivery:

o Develop and deliver appropriate training programs for relevant user groups within CPO.


· PLM Platform Management:

o Serve as a super user in the PLM production environment, maintaining CPO Process Engineering templates.

o Escalate issues and requests to relevant PLM Product Owners as necessary.


· Enhancement Requests:

o Collect and document enhancement requests for CPO Process Engineering workflows within the PLM system.


· Testing Support:

o Assist in the development and execution of Sprint testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

· Support Network Development:

o Build a functional area support network with appropriate SMEs and Process Owners to ensure accurate business process documentation and input to the PLM product team.


· Requirements Definition:

o Support the definition of functional area requirements for the PLM platform and manage User Stories within the product backlog.


· Governance Participation:

o Represent functional area use cases in PLM Product, Community, and Governance meetings.


Experience:

· Demonstrated experience as a Business Systems Analyst, particularly in PLM implementation and user training within a large multi-national company.

· Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and their implications on software deployment is a plus.

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to learn new concepts, frameworks, algorithms, and technologies quickly.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
