FULL TIME:
Day Shift (6a-2p), Evening Shift (2p-10p), Night Shift (10p-6a)
Part Time:
Evening Shift (2p-10p)
Pay: $16-17 per hour
No experience required. Training provided for Resident Care Aide position.
We are looking for candidates with open and flexible availability. More importantly, our team is looking for passionate, responsible, and caring Resident Care Aides (RCA) or Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. The ideal candidates will have strong verbal, written, and organizational skills and will share in our core values.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct resident care including daily bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and incontinence/peri-care.
- Provide redirection to residents to promote independence.
- Obtain accurate vital signs and report changes in resident health status, documenting as appropriate.
- Assist/accompany residents for appointments, if assigned.
- Report concerns regarding residents to the Director of Nursing, Administrator, or Charge Nurse on shift.
