- An individual responsible for end to end Sales Cloud implementation
- Work with the business team
- Interact with the client/other stakeholders
- Participate in requirement gathering sessions, create the business requirement document
- Translate business requirement in the technical solutions
- Development & configuration of Sales cloud functionalities
- Manage the salesforce deployment from one environment to another.
- Lead the Salesforce demos / POCs for client and participate in client workshops
- Works in cross functional Agile team
Required Job Qualifications (must have skills)
- 7 to 10 years of working experience with the Salesforce platform
- Ability to translate business requirements into technology solution and suggest business solution by analyzing Out-of-Box (OOB) features Vs. Custom Development Vs. 3rd Party (AppExchange) products
- Implementation experience of at least 2-4 Sales Cloud projects
- Good understanding of Sales cloud functionalities and process i.e.
- Aware of all advanced features of the Salesforce and how they can be used to make the Sales cloud implementation efficient.
- Good hands on experience on Sales cloud configuration/customization
- Proficient with Apex, Visual Force, Lightning and Force.com
- Integrating of salesforce with other systems using of SOAP Rest API
- Understand of Best Practices and SFDC Coding Standards
- Knowledge of deployment activities between the Salesforce environments.
- Good experience in integrating Salesforce with other systems (ERPs, Legacy Systems, etc.), knowledge of SOAP and REST API (ERPs, Legacy Systems, etc.)
- Good verbal and written skills.
- Knowledge of deployment activities (CI/CD) between the Salesforce environments.
- Experience in data migration using Data Loader
Good to have skills/certifications
- Knowledge of service and community cloud
