What Success Looks Like In This Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the strategic design and administration of Unisys sales compensation programs
  • Act as a trusted advisor and Reward Partner to the sales organization in understanding their objectives & strategy and present market-relevant solutions that help drive the desired sales results
  • Aid in the development of sales compensation design and planning process that incorporates input from various key stakeholders, individual payout model, SPIFF design, cost and payout benchmarking, overall plan costing, and scenario analysis
  • Ensure sales compensation programs align to the strategic initiatives set forth by Unisys leadership
  • Benchmark competitive practices to ensure sales plans drive results and help attract and retain key sales talent
  • Gather and submit data to market-based compensation surveys, conduct analysis to assess results, evaluate market trends, benchmark vs competition
  • Support the design of sales incentive plans to ensure competitiveness, equity and alignment with the company's business objectives and talent strategy
  • Monitor and analyze all aspects of the sales and incentive compensation programs to gauge the effectiveness of plan designs.
  • Support the management of the Sales Performance Management (SPM) tool relationship, delivery, maintenance, and expansion
  • Develop reporting that can be utilized by the Commercial organization to track performance, estimate incentive payout
  • Partner with the sales organization to gather VOC that can be translated into tool and process enhancements

Key Qualifications

  • Undergraduate college degree or equivalent is required
  • Typically 8 years of progressively responsible experience
  • Professional certification and/or Master’s Degree are desirable. Demonstrates depth of experience and has led several successful medium to large scale projects within a region or COE
  • Varicent strongly preferred/other 3rd party tool experience if not Varicent
  • Tool implementation experience
  • Optimizing plan design
  • Utilizing tool design
  • Managing reporting
