We are seeking a Senior Sales Manager to play an impactful role in our growth by driving new business, expanding our reach, and leading a team of salespeople to achieve the highest levels of success.


As our new Senior Sales Manager, we are looking for a staffing industry professional who has had success in sales and is ready to continue advancing their career in leadership.


Responsibilities For Senior Sales Manager


  1. Build and mentor your team, nurturing their development through training and ongoing support, driving results with a revenue-focused mindset.
  2. Collaborate with staffing/recruiting teams to ensure seamless execution of account orders.
  3. Close deals, deliver exceptional service, remain engaged with all clients, and build a professional network that results in further business opportunities.
  4. Build and manage own book of business while managing local sales team.
  5. Foster successful long-term relationships with organizations to further establish SNQPA as a trusted staffing provider and partner.

Qualifications


  1. 5+ years’ experience in the staffing and recruiting industry, or a closely related field.
  2. Persuasive leadership style, coupled with excellent communication skills.
