Responsibilities For Senior Sales Manager
- Build and mentor your team, nurturing their development through training and ongoing support, driving results with a revenue-focused mindset.
- Collaborate with staffing/recruiting teams to ensure seamless execution of account orders.
- Close deals, deliver exceptional service, remain engaged with all clients, and build a professional network that results in further business opportunities.
- Build and manage own book of business while managing local sales team.
- Foster successful long-term relationships with organizations to further establish SNQPA as a trusted staffing provider and partner.
Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in the staffing and recruiting industry, or a closely related field.
- Persuasive leadership style, coupled with excellent communication skills.
