From the foods you eat to the fuels you require, CPM plays an important role in making the world more efficient and more sustainable.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Receive, store, and distribute materials and products to Fab, Machine Shop, Assemblers and other operation areasKeep track of inventory by identifying, labeling, and recording the location of materials and supplies in the Warehouse and other stock locationsUse of forklifts, pallet jacks, and trucks to move materialsKeep Kitting, Assembly areas and other facility areas free of pallets and unused materialsHelping with first inspection – check incoming goods from the warehouse for damage and count accuracy in kitting areaSort, label and place materials on racks, carts, or bins for upcoming buildsPull and verify materials from work orders to ensure accuracy and timelinessCross-functional collaboration with other departments to understand timeline of machine final assembly and potential challenges for completionMaintains safe and clean working environmentWear proper personal protective equipmentDemonstrate accountability and teamwork both on the job and in attendance ongoingMaintain, move, issue and change locations in MRPFrequent use of the MRP systemGeneral tasks or duties as assignedSKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:Experience in warehousing WMS and/or manufacturing environmentsMust be able to work independently with little supervisionAbility to follow directions and receive feedback from othersOperate a fork truck, drill, and saw and hammer safelyOccasional crane use may be requiredStrong organizational, planning, and critical technical skillsAbility to prioritize several competing needs and focus on the details while not losing sight of the big pictureRead and understand work instructionsCapable to lift 30 pounds regularlyDesired experience to build skids and crates for shipment as needed based on dimensions and weightsWillingness to learn software management systems for inventory trackingReliable Transportation, good attendance and a strong work ethic is requiredCOMPUTER SKILLS:Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access)SAP Business One Experience PreferredAbility to make logically informed decisionsCPM Acquisition Corp. is an equal opportunity employer.
