GloballyHired is looking for a dynamic Temporary to Hire Senior/Account Executive to join our on-demand staffing division, powered by Scion Staffing, Inc. This is an exciting opportunity for immediate hire, with the potential for a permanent position (either with GloballyHired or Scion Staffing) based on success. In this fully outbound sales role, you'll use your expertise to engage new potential employers, driving sales and growth for our innovative platform. Ideal for driven sales professionals—whether you're newer to the field or bring years of experience—this is a hands-on role where you'll utilize resources, creativity, and determination to establish lasting partnerships. You'll be instrumental in building the future of a fast-growing startup with limitless potential.
We offer a hybrid schedule, with two days per week at our downtown Portland, Oregon office. Fully remote candidates outside of the Portland metro area are welcome to apply if well-qualified.
Key Sales Responsibilities:
- Outbound Sales Calls: Reach out to 100+ contacts a day and enjoy driving awareness.
- Sales Conversion: Turn leads into successful clients while providing value.
- Client Management: Ensure satisfaction and loyalty, welcoming new clients to expand their accounts.
- Value Communication: Articulate the benefits of our startup and services.
- Teamwork: Participate in meetings, provide ideas and help grow our brand.
Compensation:
This position offers a starting base pay of $35.00 hourly, plus uncapped commission for each hire made from your employer accounts while in the role. Additional benefits include health insurance packages, PTO, PSL, and more.
