Tech Customer Solution Manager, Buy with Prime

The Buy with Prime (BwP) team is seeking a Technical Customer Solution Manager (CSM-T). This role is a high impact, high visibility role managing the launch of Buy with Prime product on e-commerce sites. The CSM-T has a solution mindset and owns all aspects of the customer journey from discovery to understanding customer requirements to launch planning and execution. They are also expected to build relationships by partnering across multiple teams such as sales, account management, product, engineering, and solution architects to successfully launch the customer on Buy with Prime product and features.
The successful candidate will have a track record of (1) experience in customer launch and/or solution management; (2) experience managing technical and non-technical projects with a proven ability to work across broad functional teams; (3) owning internal as well as customer-facing operating procedures, with a continuous lens on process improvement; and (4) demonstrating strong customer obsession through driving process improvement and advocating for the customer as part of internal reviews.
Key job responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Buy with Prime launches for customers in enterprise and SMB customer segments.
- Provide a consultative approach to onboard e-commerce customers on Buy with Prime product to meet customer requirements.
- Work cross-functionally to launch merchants on Buy with Prime product (e.g., Sales, Product, Tech).
- Utilize subject matter expertise to communicate the value of Buy with Prime product to key customer stakeholders.
- Provide feedback to the product team based on the learnings during customer launch.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs with a proven record of thought leadership, business case development, realizing customer benefits, and successful program completion experience.
- 2+ years of customer-facing work, engaging with customer executives, technologists, or partners to solve business problems with advanced technologies experience.
- Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business, or equivalent.
- Experience leading technical and non-technical transformation project teams with a proven ability to work across broad functional teams.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $138,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $239,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
