Responsibilities:

• Ability to communicate effectively with business users/ IT leaders understand their requirements, and relay those to the offshore team.
• High-level understanding of the Data and BI landscape, specifically Databricks and Power BI, to handle discussions and drive demos.
• Understanding of SQL and Data analysis skill is mandatory.
• Ability to track project milestones, resolve functional and technical blockers, and manage timelines.
• Ability to conduct Power BI report demos, gather feedback, and collaborate with the offshore team to make necessary adjustments.
• Prior experience working in an onshore-offshore model across two time zones.
• Proven experience in managing multiple Data and BI projects.
• Strong experience with Agile methodology and ability to manage projects within an Agile framework.
• Present the program accomplishment to Senior leadership level.
