Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic vision for the supply chain function to modernize the department and optimize overall performance
  • Identify ways to reduce costs and improve service across the end-to-end supply chain process while optimizing procurement strategy to drive cost savings, identify growth strategies, and implement appropriate risk management measures related to the supply cycle
  • Meet and/or exceed supplier consolidation objectives that drive cost reductions and increase purchasing power; conduct strategic supplier relationship management, risk analysis and compliance management programs
  • Serve as the escalation point for both customer and supplier issues and complaints, including those issues that may affect the on-time and cost-effective supply of product
  • Work with the Business Development Team to develop innovative supply chain processes that provide market differentiation, capacity planning, and S&OP
  • Execute training program across all sites and regions for supply chain staff and customer groups to drive compliance and standardization of processes
  • Take responsibility for direct reports’ performance by setting clear goals and expectations, tracking progress against the goals, ensuring constructive feedback, and addressing performance-related concerns and issues promptly

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of proven experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, and/or supplier relationships
  • 8+ years of building and/or leading high performing teams
  • Thorough and proven experience of ERP and supply chain systems & proven experience of global supply chain management
  • Advanced knowledge of driving cost analyses, market trend monitoring, and supplier selection
  • Business Administration (Bachelor's degree) or Supply Chain Management (Bachelor's degree) or Logistics (Bachelor's degree)
  • Applicable experience in lieu of a Degree may be considered.

  • This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by either ITAR or EAR U.S. export laws. As a condition to this job offer, in order to be employed in this position, you must be able to obtain a U.S. Government export license(s), as required by law.
