Position Summary: The Client Services Support Coordinator will work closely with other team members to develop and execute RPM's corporate and regional property operations and marketing strategies and content for new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Provide general support to the Client Services Sales team to assist and serve our clients and the company on new business opportunities.
- Organize and maintain Client Services library of support resources.
- Significant project management of new business projects, maintaining daily contact with stakeholders to understand their needs and goals, ensuring we deliver cohesive and comprehensive deliverables for our clients.
- Provide strategic oversight for brand, creative direction, marketing, operational content, and communication.
- Track multiple moving pieces across various projects while managing overall workflow, emphasizing both attention to detail and organization.
- Effective time management to meet deadlines for all new business initiatives.
- Assist as a liaison between the client and company team members
- Assist with preparing pitch material completion by creating the content for the pitch decks, interfacing directly with leadership, operations, and marketing throughout the process
- Develop and produce professional proposals and supporting materials to clients in numerous markets
- Participate in property operations and marketing strategy sessions, writing of content and edits/updates on proposals and presentations
- Shop competitors for potential projects, when needed
- Ensure best practice sharing and adoption across the pitch and/or proposal collateral
- Stay informed on multifamily, economic, market, and demographic trends.
- Assist with department projects as needed
- Assist with client specific deliverables, reporting, and market research
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university. Experience may substitute for education.
- Two years of experience in a corporate environment, preferably in real estate or multifamily.
- Property Management experience preferred
- May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to read documents, computer screens and data
- Must be able to hear and understand verbal communications in person and over the phone or computer
- May occasionally be required to lift or carry items such as files or office supplies weighing up to 15 pounds
- Must be able to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse and other office equipment
- This is a hybrid role, requiring the associate to work in one of our corporate or regional offices 4 days per week.
- The office is an open setting which may include bright lights, constant noises and distractions.
