We are looking for someone to join our team in Benicia, California! In this role, you will:Receive and process orders from customers via mail, phone, or electronic methods.Accurately enter customer details and billing information.Notify relevant departments when inventory is low.Inform customers about prices, shipping dates, and potential delays.Prepare invoices, shipping documents, and contracts.Ensure outgoing orders meet customer specifications.Collaborate with sales, shipping, and production to ensure timely order processing.Review and forward incomplete orders for additional processing.Recommend products or services to meet customer needs.Description of Company:Join our well-established company, a leading manufacturer of non-toxic plastic cleaner and polish.
