Environmental Health and Safety Officer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced EHS Officer to join our client who are bringing advanced lithium-ion battery technologies to market, including development of the proprietary manufacturing system to produce these products.

Specializing in advanced technology for energy storage, our client are involved in innovations that make batteries cheaper, longer-lasting, and more efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

• Confident assuming ownership of Process Safety Management including PHA, PSSR, JSA, and NMI program.
• Confident performing incident investigations.
• Able to demonstrate working knowledge of Federal, State, and local regulations including OHSA, EPA, DEP, DOT.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience leading training of new/existing employees.
• 5+ years directly related work experience.
